Tech-One Security Solutions Inc. was founded in 2003, by its president Line Lafrance. Since its inception, Tech-One has focused mainly on Government of Canada security services, Tech-One has evolved over the last 20 years thru several iteration of cyber security technologies, methodologies, and frameworks. Tech-One is recognized as industry leader in the Canadian Market.

Line Lafrance (President/Founder)
Line Lafrance is a Cyber Security Architect/Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in Cyber Security. She has focused on IT Security since 1996 and is one of Canada’s foremost experts on elaboration of Security Architectures both at the application and infrastructure levels. She is a recognized authority in the development and deployment of leading-edge security solutions including Cloud Solutions, classified networks and solutions, Information Management Security Solutions, Web-based Security Solutions including public facing application leveraging the Government of Canada Credentials Federation (GCCF) and Government of Canada – Shared Services Canada Architecture and Services as well as Entrust-based PKI solutions.
Joe Hachache (Chief Technology Officer)
Joe Hachache is a Cyber Security Analyst/Practitioner with extensive knowledge in computer technology, networking, testing and application development. He obtained his double major undergrade from the University of Ottawa as an electrical engineer and computer technologist in 2019. His time at the university gave him the opportunity to improve his knowledge in computer networking, such as LANs & VLANs models and designs, transmission system, internet technologies, as well as Medium Access Control protocols or Data Link Layer of the Open Standard Interconnection (OSI), traffic flow management and Quality of Service control to name a few as well as constructing Software Architecture using Unified Modelling Language (UML).
